BALNCE Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Options
• Standard: $8, with free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Express: $15. Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping does not shorten the order processing time. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or holidays.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. For address corrections, delayed packages, or missing deliveries, contact info@balncebrand.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
